重庆的江湖，不止于麻与辣，更在于热烈的人情、喧闹的市井，以及拐角之后的不期而遇。撒椒·川念餐厅，正诞生于这样的城市肌理之中。它没有刻意张扬，而是借由一段探索、一场抵达，将川菜的性格缓缓展开。

Chongqing's spirit extends far beyond the numbing heat of Sichuan pepper and chili. It lives in the warmth of its people, the vitality of its streets, and the unexpected discoveries waiting around every corner. Born from this rich urban fabric, Sajiao · Chuannian unfolds not through grand gestures, but through a quiet journey of exploration—revealing the bold, authentic character of Sichuan cuisine one step at a time.

餐厅原址隐于美食城深处，层层店铺交织，动线复杂，嘈杂纷扰。原本用于后勤出入的狭窄小路，被重新定义为餐厅入口；废弃停车棚化作庭院景观，光线与空气由此流入，城市的喧嚣也在这一刻渐渐远去。

Originally tucked away deep within a bustling food market, the restaurant was surrounded by a maze of storefronts, with a confusing circulation path and constant urban noise. In response, the design reimagined a narrow service alley as the new main entrance, creating a more intuitive and intimate arrival experience. An abandoned parking shelter was transformed into a courtyard, inviting natural light and fresh air into the space. As guests move through this sequence, the bustle of the city gradually fades, giving way to a calmer, more immersive dining experience.
